Dr. Mark Schneider is a board-certified ophthalmologist. He has been in private practice since 1988 and has been a vision correction specialist since 1984. He was trained at Loma Linda University and USC’s Doheny Eye Institute, and was involved in neuroretinal research at UCLA. Dr. Schneider has practiced in the Inland Empire for more than 20 years, has more than 15 years of LASIK experience, and is well known for his quality of care and compassionate attitude toward his patients.
Dr. Schneider participated in the FDA clinical trials for the excimer laser and was on the teaching staff for Intacs corneal rings in 1999. He has authored numerous publications and trained hundreds of eye doctors in the field of refractive surgery. Dr. Schneider is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, the American College of Eye Surgeons, the California Association of Ophthalmology and the California Medical Association.
