Please keep in mind, the majority of photos, images and videos uploaded are by the businesses themselves (e.g. doctor, staff members, etc) so it might be easier to reach out to them directly to have it removed.

For Doctors
The EnhanceMyself.com team does not take kindly to those who abuse the intellectual property rights of others.
Please keep in mind, the majority of photos, images and videos associated with your listing are uploaded by the business themselves (e.g. doctor, staff members, etc) marketing companies or third party vendors looking to provide your business with more visibility. However, if you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed and want it removed, please fill out the form below with the following information;
- Include your full name, address and phone number where you can be reached if we have questions;
- Identify the copyrighted or trademarked work that you claim has been infringed;
- Identify the allegedly infringing content, and provide information that will make it easier for our staff to locate it on the Site (e.g., the URL of web page);
- Include a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content identified is not authorized by the copyright/trademark owner, its agent, or the law;
- Include a statement by you that you attest, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright/trademark owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
Upon receipt of notice as described above, EnhanceMyself.com will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the alleged infringing material from the website.
