Dr. Bregman is an extremely gifted eye surgeon, specializing in refractive and no-stitch cataract surgery. His notable experience as a dedicated and skilled eye surgeon has positioned him as EHP’s team leader. Formerly the Chief of Ophthalmology at Ireland Army Community Hospital in Fort Knox, KY, he has been a member of the Eye Health Partners of Middle Tennessee practice since 1993.
