Elizabeth A. Davis, MD, FACS, is a partner of Minnesota Eye Consultants. She completed her undergraduate degree in mathematics with honors, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, at Cornell University. Her medical degree was completed at the world renowned Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine, where she received many honors, including the Dean’s award. After completing four years of cardiac surgical residency, Dr Davis switched her specialty to ophthalmology. She performed her residency in ophthalmology at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary of Harvard Medical School. She was selected as the Heed Fellow and performed her specialty fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery and glaucoma at Minnesota Eye Consultants. She plays a leadership role in the major ophthalmology organizations and has been selected as a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Surgeons.
